Cobra Exercise
Step 1Starting position: Lie face down (on your stomach) on an exercise mat or the floor with your hands at your sides, positioned directly below your shoulders and hands facing forward. 2nd step
Rising Phase: Slowly exhale and press your hips into the mat or floor and lift your chest off the floor while keeping your hips stable. Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds
Step 3
Descending phase: Slowly relax and lower your upper body to rest on the mat or floor.
